Half-time at America's biggest sporting event is possibly the most coveted advertising slot in the World today. In fact, it is being reported that a 30 second slot at half time in the 2015 Super Bowl will set a company back a whopping $4 million.
With Super Bowl XLIX only a matter of days away, we at Balls.ie decided to compile our list of the best Super Bowl commercials ever seen, some of which you will be familiar with, and some of which you won't, but before we start, let's give an honourable mention to this amazing parody from The Simpsons:

Now, onto the 7 best super bowl commercials ever.
Snickers - You're Not Yourself When You're Hungry
Betty White stars (and gets battered in a football game) in this brilliant ad which launched the "You're not yourself when you're hungry" campaign for Snickers in 2012.
Miller High Life - One Second Commercial
This one required a bit of set up, as Miller played a commercial before the Super Bowl kicked-off about how ridiculous it costs for a 30 second space at half time, featuring an employee saying that all he needed was one second to sell the beer. At half-time, that is exactly what the public got:
(You should probably watch the 30 second version too)
Budweiser - Wazzzzzzzzzzaaaaaap
It's annoying now, sure, but at the time this bloody thing was huge. Absolutely everyone was answering the phone with "Whazzzaaap!?" for all of a week before everyone agreed it had to stop.

Pepsi - Cindi Crawford
The absolutely gorgeous Cindi Crawford refeshes herself with a Pepsi as two impressionable kids watch on, turns out, they don't care about her at all.
Apple - Macintosh 1984
This was more like a short film. Incredible. Apple had finally arrived on the scene.
Volkswagon - The Force
Adorable, funny, clever. Simply one of the best commercials ever made.

Reebok - Terry Tate, Office Linebacker
Pure genius. "That's a long distance call.. DOUG!"
