It'd be fair to say that the majority of people do not like 'Ireland's Call'. John from Tyrone, however, really, really doesn't like it.

He called in the Nolan Show, hosted by Stephen Nolan on BBC Radio Ulster to call it "borderline sectarian". John claimed that the lyrics of the Phil Coulter song are sectarian because:

It talks about the four provinces. There's not four provinces in Ireland there's only three.

He went on to say that he was cheering on England, not Ireland on Saturday and that he hoped Zimbabwe would beat Ireland in the T20 World Cup.
