'Notorious' is a new Conor McGregor documentary made by Motive Television for RTÉ. It follows the UFC star over a 6 month period from his fight against Marcus Brimage though to his encounter and victory against Max Holloway in Boston last August where he suffered a knee injury which has kept him out of action since.

According to the makers, "the documentary offers audiences an access-all-areas insight into the unique sub-culture of MMA and the rollercoaster adrenaline ride of the UFC."

It will also provide us with an insight into "the rapidly expanding and ultra tough world of mixed martial arts; experiencing the remarkable physical and emotional swings that go hand in hand with Conor’s quest for recognition, success and glory."

We're really looking forward to this.

It premieres on RTÉ Two at 9.30pm on Thursday, March 13th.
