Everything’s coming up roses for Lance Armstrong.

Despite being part behind what a USADA report has called “The most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen“, it looks like Lance Armstrong is coping pretty well.

He tweet in the early hours of this morning:
