Tony McCoy's career is really a victory for work ethic. Few people in sport work as hard as the man from Antrim. 4,348 victories attests for that.

His time as a jockey did not get the fairytale ending that it deserved though. He finished third in the 4.25 at Sandown aboard Box Office in his last ever race.

A little bit of trivia which will surely pop up in a table quiz one day, the horse which won the race was Brother Tedd with Richard Johnson the jockey.
