This isn't how you want to prepare for Cheltenham next week.
23-year-old jockey Bryan Cooper was at friday's meet at Limerick when he fell from his horse Unic De Bersy, in the last race of the day - the O'Kelly Brothers Demolition Novice Handicap Hurdle.
Cooper was riding the favourite, who was fading after leading by two lengths when he fell. Unfortunately, the ultimate winner of the race - Twiss's Hill ran straight over the prone jockey who couldn't get out of the way.
It looked extremely painful and serious.

Fortunately Cooper managed to come through the incident unscathed:
