Rory McIlroy: “I’ve always felt more British than Irish.”

In an interview with The Daily Mail, Rory McIlroy hinted that in he would choose to represent Great Britain when golf is re-introduced to the Olympics in four years time.

This will surely be a crushing blow to his supporters in Ireland. McIlroy has represented Ireland twice at the golf’s World Cup, in 2009 and 2011.
