Paul Reynolds is at fitness coach in Belfast with one hell of a leap on him.

Reynolds works with a couple of GAA clubs in Antrim and in QUB, so thankfully he had a bit of help as he attempted a 146cm jump onto a pile of boxes. With 95kg of weight to move from a standing start, I'm pretty sure he has a stronger spring on him than most.

I attempted to replicate their by jumping onto the worktop but ended up accidentally kicking the kettle into the sink.
