Great story about US Soldiers that started their own hurling club.
During a stopover in Shannon some members of the US Army saw a hurling game on a TV at the bar in Shannon airport.
So that they could keep in touch once their tour of duty was over, they started their own hurling club called ‘Barley House Wolves’.
