Joe Brolly, the divisive GAA analyst, is at it again. He labelled Cork as quitters last night and stated Kerry at their lowest ebb would never have put in a performance like the Rebels did on Sunday at Croke Park. He went on to say that it will be the last we see of them this year in any sort of competitive nature. The 14 point defeat at the hands of Dublin in the Allianz League division one final was enough for Brolly to call their performance a "bloodless effort".

Cork they quit, and they quit so suddenly, just as they did in the semi-final last year.

These were Brolly's words before being interrupted by Michael Lyster who questioned if Cork had really given up. The Derryman was adamant.

They quit. You can sense it when a team plays without spirit. After 12 minutes the score was five nil and the game was over. I was at the ground, the game was over. It was very slack. The Dubs at times looked very, very good but they will look like that unless you bring war to them.
