When Paddy McBrearty kicked the point that put Donegal ahead against Armagh at Croke Park on Saturday and it looked like the Ulster champions would be playing Dublin in the semi-final, I mourned a little. Not because of any negative feelings towards Donegal but because it was likely to be the last we would see of Paul Grimley in inter-county football for the foreseeable future. His assistant Kieran McGeeney is likely to succeed him (who saw that one coming?)

Grimley has the most expressive face I've ever seen in GAA. No emotional state cannot be captured in an image of a look from the Armagh man.
