Young Emile Heskey Takes Part In TV Game Show In 1989
We came across this video of a young Emile Ivanhoe Heskey (above, middle) taking part in the British kids programme, “The Rod Hull And Emu Show” in 1989. We see Emile (or “Emily” as he was introduced) in a three man team representing the “8th Leicester Boys Brigade” in the Emu Challenge. Heskey was on the anchor leg for the team in pink on an obstacle course and was congratulated by the host Rod Hull at the finish line. Afterwards we find out that the £100 the team won went to the “Trinitarian Bible Society”
