I saw this woman on reddit today – she who is a mere 75-years-old – is in incredible shape. Her name is Ernestine Shepherd. She “wakes up at 3 a.m. every day to meditate, and then clocks up runs totaling 10 miles”. She is apparently the world’s oldest female bodybuilder.
