Michael Owen has languished on the bench for so long that it is easy to forget that at one time, albiet a very long time ago, he was one of the best strikers in the world. There will probably be a lot of snark and negativity towards Owen on social media today so we have put together a retrospective that will look back on the best moments from his career. This goal was the begining of Owen's five or six year period as an elite stiker. Crazy to think that this happened almost 15 years ago now.
