Phil Taylor defeated Michael van Gerwen in the final of the PDC World Matchplay on Sunday to claim his sixth consecutive title and his fifteenth overall. That's an incredible record, but it's almost expected from a man who has dominated the sport for longer than many fans remember.

In his long career, Taylor has seen off a many pretender to his throne. One of his main competitors during the early 2000's was Canadian John Part. Part was a very accomplished player, he even won two PDC World Championships, but he was never able to step out of Taylor's shadow. And it seems that's something he hasn't been able to let go. He was commentating on the Taylor vs Van Gerwen match when he let slip his disdain for the World Matchplay champion.

Come on John, bit of professionalism in the commentary box please.
