Life can be tough when you are riding the bench.

Rather than let the fact that he is a back-up wide receiver for Barrington High School get him down, Jack Lenihan decided to own it and put together this fantastic video to wow college teams into pursuing him as a recruit.

"The Lenihan Factor" put together a series of clips which showcase him doing what he does best, standing on the sidelines. In the one clip where a ball is thrown his way, the plucky underdog drops the pass and then scrambles around trying to pick it up.

The dramatic music and pauses to highlight his position are a fantastic parody of the countless college recruitment video that actual division one talents produce, so credit to Jack for being able to poke fun at himself.

We sincerely hope this isn't the last we see of Jack Lenihan, hopefully one day he will be standing on the sidelines of a game in the NFL. Never give up on your dreams.
